LGBTQ+ LIBERATION
LGBTQ+ political prisoners include those imprisoned for queer self-defense (Luke O'Donovan), trans organizers prosecuted under enhanced terrorism statutes (Marius Mason), and ACT UP / AIDS Coalition civil-disobedience defendants. Trans prisoners face systematic mistreatment within both BOP and state custody, including being held in facilities incongruent with their gender identity.
