Biography

Dr. William A. Anderson was an osteopathic physician in Westmont, New Jersey, thirty-six at the Camden 28 indictment and the father of six. His practice served Camden's low-income Puerto Rican community and the elderly residents of the McGuire housing project. He graduated from Temple University's pharmacy program and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was severed from the main trial and his charges were dismissed after the May 1973 acquittals.
