Biography

Former Franciscan brother (12 years, stationed in Costa Rica and Washington DC), age 42 at indictment. Worked in Camden where he founded El Centro, an inner-city service for Spanish speakers, and co-founded the bilingual newspaper GAP. It was Giocondo who first brought Bob Hardy into the group. Acquitted in 1973.
