Biography

Jesuit priest, age 35 at indictment, based at Woodstock Religious College, NYC; native of Jersey City who entered the Society of Jesus in 1956. Had already taken public responsibility (with the East Coast Conspiracy to Save Lives) for the February 1970 Philadelphia draft-board and Washington GE-office raids. At trial he declared 'I ripped up those files with my hands.' Acquitted in 1973.
