Biography
Jayma A. Abdoo (1951 – August 2006) was the youngest documented member of the Camden 28, twenty at the 1971 indictment. A graduate of Immaculate Heart Academy in Bergen County, she had worked in Eugene McCarthy's 1968 presidential campaign and was a children's librarian. She was severed from the main trial and her charges were dismissed after the May 1973 acquittals. She later graduated with honors from Columbia University and became an assistant dean at Barnard College. She died of cancer in August 2006.
