Biography
Sidney Resnek, a Connecticut printer, was one of the New Haven Smith Act defendants. After the original indictment was thrown out for an improperly drawn jury in February 1955, he and his co-defendants were re-indicted on March 4, 1955; the convictions were later reversed by the Second Circuit in United States v. Silverman (1957).
