On the night of May 28, 2020 Samuel Elliot Frey, 19, Mckenzy Ann Degidio Dunn, 19, and Bailey Marie Baldus, 19, were caught on surveillance camera setting fire at a St. Paul, MN health and nutrition store during the unrest after George Floyd's death. The three named defendants were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit arson; charges against Baldus were dropped. Sentenced to 27 months federal prison plus 2 years supervised release and $33,826.64 restitution.
