Garrett Patrick Ziegler, 24, of Apple Valley, MN was charged with arson and possession of a Molotov cocktail with co-defendant Fornandous Cortez Henderson for the May 29, 2020 fire at the Dakota County Western Service Center. Officers found Ziegler's car keys in grass near the scene; a search of the registered vehicle recovered Molotov-related items. Sentenced to 60 months federal prison plus 3 years supervised release and $205,872.53 restitution.
