Jessica Lynn White, 33, was arrested with co-defendant Matthew Scott White in connection with a fire set at an Enterprise Rent-A-Car building in St. Paul, MN on May 28, 2020. Surveillance video showed her standing outside while Matthew White entered the building; flames were visible behind him as he exited. Case dismissed.
