Nathan Joseph Waller, 25, of Erie, PA was sentenced to 9 to 21.5 months in state prison and 60 days on electronic monitoring after pleading guilty to three criminal charges following a series of Black Lives Matter protests in May 2020. He was accused of throwing objects at police officers on a roof at Erie City Hall as they tried to disperse a large crowd outside of the city police station and of carrying the top of a broken parking meter into an apartment building.
