Biography

Devin Montgomery, 24, was charged in Pittsburgh, PA with malicious damage to property of an organization receiving federal financial assistance after he and another individual were seen on video lighting things on fire and tossing them into the back of a Pittsburgh Bureau of Police vehicle. The grand jury also charged Montgomery and Brandon Benson with bank burglary at the Dollar Bank, 537 Smithfield Street. Sentenced to 48 months federal prison and 3 years supervised release plus restitution.
