Martino Andrews is an Ohio activist who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit arson for torching a county van during the May 30, 2020 George Floyd/BLM protests in Columbus, Ohio. His plea agreement recommended a sentence of 3.5 years in federal prison.
Martino Andrews, 22, of Cleveland, OH was charged with aggravated arson for setting a Cuyahoga County-owned van on fire during the May 30, 2020 protests in downtown Cleveland over the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Sentenced to 41 months federal prison plus $3,721.88 restitution.
