Biography
Raekwon Dac Blankenship, 24, of Pittsburgh, charged July 22, 2020 with damaging unmarked and marked police vehicles by hitting/kicking/stomping and throwing a projectile through a windshield during the May 30, 2020 Pittsburgh BLM protest; also struck multiple police horses. Pleaded guilty; ~5.3 months (time served + 3 years supervised release).
