Raphael Shaw, 20, broke into a Wells Fargo on West Philadelphias 52nd Street corridor on May 31, 2020 wearing a blonde wig, pointed a rifle at people inside, and used a stolen Lowes forklift to remove a $104,000 cash vault. Pleaded guilty; time served (~12 months) + 15 months supervised release + $104,000 restitution.
