George Allen, 31, of Pittsburgh, charged July 22, 2020 with civil disorder for damaging an occupied police vehicle by throwing an object through the front passenger window during the May 30, 2020 Pittsburgh BLM protest. Pleaded guilty; 12 months federal prison + 3 years supervised release.
