On the night of May 28, 2020 Bailey Marie Baldus, 19, was caught on surveillance camera with co-defendants Mckenzy Ann Degidio Dunn and Samuel Elliot Frey at a St. Paul, MN health and nutrition store during the unrest after George Floyd's death. Charges against Baldus were dropped after her defense attorney argued she was in the building but did not participate.
