Biography
On May 30, 2020 during ongoing protests after George Floyd's murder, Andrew Augustyniak-Duncan was part of a civil disorder in Pittsburgh, PA that obstructed and adversely affected the interstate commerce of nearby businesses. He is accused of throwing projectiles which struck and injured several police officers. Sentenced to 41 months federal prison followed by 3 years of supervised release.
Andrew Duncan-Augustyniak was prosecuted in Pennsylvania state court for arson and related charges arising from the George Floyd Uprising protests in Pittsburgh on May 30, 2020. He is serving a state prison sentence at SCI Rockview.
