Biography

Rory Hithe was one of the national Black Panther Party enforcers sent from the West Coast to New Haven in May 1969 and was implicated, with Landon Williams, in directing the killing of Alex Rackley. Arrested in Denver in June 1969, he fought extradition from Colorado alongside Williams. In late 1971 he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and received a suspended sentence.
