Biography

A Catholic laywoman (age 22), Katroscik was one of the fifteen who broke into the Chicago Selective Service office and burned roughly 40,000 draft records on May 25, 1969. She was indicted on the four federal counts. She was among those tried in 1970 (10 of 11 tried were convicted).

Case

Charges: Destruction of government property, mutilation of records, interfering with the Selective Service System, and conspiracy (the May 25, 1969 Chicago draft-record burning).
Convicted: Most were convicted in June 1970.
