Biography
On May 28, 2020 Jose Felan was observed on CCTV setting fires in and around a Goodwill and Napa Auto Parts in St. Paul, MN. His wife Mena Yousif accompanied him. The couple, originally from New York, were in Minnesota for protests after the death of George Floyd. Identified via facial recognition and tracked by U.S. Marshals to Mexico, where they were arrested. Sentenced to 78 months federal prison plus 3 years supervised release and $39,028 restitution.
