Biography
Branden Michael Wolfe’s arrest stemmed from the mass protests and unrest that followed the killing of George Floyd. Prosecutors said Wolfe, a resident of St. Paul, took part in the events surrounding the burning of a precinct building operated by the Minneapolis Police Department in Minneapolis, including acts meant to accelerate the fire and the taking of police equipment. He was federally charged and later sentenced to a multi-year prison term, alongside a restitution order tied to the extensive damage from the arson.
