Biography

One of the fifteen (Chuck Fullenkamp, age 23) who burned some 40,000 Chicago draft records on May 25, 1969, and was indicted on the four federal counts.

Case

Charges: Destruction of government property, mutilation of records, interfering with the Selective Service System, and conspiracy (the May 25, 1969 Chicago draft-record burning).
Convicted: Most were convicted in June 1970.
