Biography
Stephen Chuck was one of thirteen workers charged with rioting after police attacked an anti-imperialist demonstration at the Japanese Consulate in Chicago on 12 March 1932; defending himself against police clubs, he shot and wounded three officers. All thirteen were acquitted.
