Biography

Shador T.C. Jackson, 24, was charged with conspiracy to commit arson with co-defendants Victor D. Edwards and Leroy L.P. Williams for fires set inside Target's world headquarters in Minneapolis on August 26, 2020. Jackson used a construction sign to break through a glass door, then set a fire on a counter in the mailroom. He attempted to light a second fire with cardboard boxes and a bottle of ignitable liquid. Sentenced to 33 months federal prison plus 2 years supervised release.
