Biography

Montez Terriel Lee Jr., 25, was charged with arson in Minneapolis, MN, after maliciously damaging and destroying by means of fire and explosive materials the Max It Pawn Shop on May 28, 2020 during the George Floyd uprising. A man inside the shop died; the death was ruled a homicide after the cause of death was determined to be smoke inhalation. Lee was sentenced to 10 years federal prison plus three years supervised release.
