Biography

Roberto Maldonado Rivera, a Puerto Rican attorney, was arrested in the August 30, 1985 Macheteros roundup and charged in connection with the Wells Fargo robbery prosecution. He was convicted at trial in the District of Connecticut and his sentence was commuted by Clinton on August 11, 1999.
