Chicago Puerto Rican community organizer and MLN activist jailed for civil contempt after refusing to testify before a federal grand jury investigating the FALN. His resistance was part of a broad campaign of non-collaboration by independentistas in the early 1980s. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
