Biography

One of the original 18 Clamshell Alliance members arrested at Seabrook on August 1, 1976 — the action that launched the alliance — and a co-founder of the group. Has been arrested at Seabrook on numerous later occasions for nonviolent civil disobedience. As co-director of Beyond Nuclear (Takoma Park, MD) he has worked for more than thirty years on reactor hazards, license-extension intervention and the nuclear-weapons connection.
