Jabari Devon Davis, 21, of Raleigh, NC was charged with attempting to damage by fire a vehicle owned by an institution receiving federal financial assistance and for attempting to set fire to a marked police vehicle in Raleigh after a demonstration over George Floyd's death. Caused ~$5,000 in damage. Arrested by ATF special agents on June 4, 2020. Sentenced to 30 months federal prison.
