Biography

Andrew Darnell Carlisle, 29, of Atlanta was arrested on two counts of felony criminal interference with government property and one count of misdemeanor rioting after state investigators accused him of vandalizing the Georgia Department of Public Safety headquarters during a racial justice protest in July 2020. He was among a group throwing stones and incendiary devices through windows and spray-painting graffiti. As of September 2023 he was also charged in the Stop Cop City RICO case with 61 others. Sentenced to 1 month in Georgia state prison.
