Biography

Thomas Carey, from San Francisco, California, was convicted of conspiracy to violate the Selective Service Act and sentenced to two years in prison. A member of "American Patriots, " he served his sentence at McNeil Island Penitentiary and was released in December, 1921, when his term was commuted by President Harding.
