Biography

Puerto Rican independentista and artist who, with Nydia Cuevas, occupied the Chilean Consulate in San Juan on July 25, 1978 to protest the continued imprisonment of the Puerto Rican Nationalist prisoners and US-backed dictatorships in Latin America. He was convicted and served federal time. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
