Biography

One of the Vieques 4, sentenced in 1979 to federal prison for protesting US Navy bombing on Vieques. He served his sentence alongside Angel Rodríguez Cristóbal, whose death in custody became a major rallying point for the independence movement. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
