Biography
In May 2020, Kyree Robertson participated in the Grand Rapids (MI) Riot as part of the Black Lives Matter protests. Robertson was accused of rioting and breaking into an ophthalmology office to steal glasses. He was also accused of lying to a police officer, but that charge was later dropped. Robertson pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced to a minimum of 23 months in prison, by far the harshest sentence out of all the rioters arrested that day. He was released from Parnall Correctional Facility at the end of 2024.
