Jessica Lopez is a Lancaster, Pennsylvania woman convicted by jury of riot and criminal conspiracy for her role in protests outside the Lancaster City Bureau of Police station on September 13-14, 2020, following the fatal police shooting of Ricardo Munoz by officers responding to a call. Prosecutors argued she escalated the unrest.
