Biography
James E. Robinson, age 33, of Akron OH, used the Twitter handle AkronPhoenix420 to claim DDoS attacks on multiple government and police websites including the Akron Police Department, City of Akron, Ohio Department of Public Safety, NIH, the Defense Information Security Agency, and DOD between 2017-2018, citing Anonymous and TangoDown hashtags. Sentenced October 3, 2019 to 72 months federal prison plus $668,684 restitution.
