Biography

Higinio Ochoa III (AKA w0rmer) is a hacker as part of the collective CabinCr3w (part of Anonymous). He was arrested on March 21st, 2012 and charged with hacking law enforcement agency websites, posting the personal information of police officers online, and defacing a government website in Alabama. On June 25, 2012, Ochoa was forced to accept a plea agreement of 27 months in federal prison, seeing it as in the best interest of his family. He was released on 11/12/2014.

Currently, Ochoa is a part of Sakura Samurai, a white hat hacking and security research group that was founded in 2020.
