Biography

Irving David Rubin, 74, JDL Chairman and former Air Force serviceman, was indicted December 12, 2001 with Earl Krugel for conspiring to bomb the King Fahd Mosque in Culver City CA and the office of US Rep Darrell Issa. Caught in an FBI sting via informant Danny Gillis. While imprisoned at MDC Los Angeles awaiting trial, Rubin cut his own throat and jumped off a balcony November 4, 2002; died of injuries November 13, 2002.
