Biography
E. P. Jennings was a Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania printer and civic leader who helped organize the Luzerne County Unemployed League and circulated a petition to impeach the anti-labor 'injunction judge' W. Alfred Valentine during the 1935 Glen Alden Coal Co. strike. He was arrested and framed on a charge of dynamiting the automobile of the judge's daughter after being lured to a hotel by a vanishing state informer.
