Biography

Puerto Rican political prisoner born July 10, 1950 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Counselor at Cathedral Shelter in Chicago, member of the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and the National Committee to Free Puerto Rican Prisoners of War. Convicted of conspiracy related to a 1988 attempt to assist in the escape of Oscar Lopez Rivera; served a three-year sentence at FCI Pleasanton, California.
