Biography
Dominick Flaiani was one of nine Newark, New Jersey workers arrested at unemployment meetings in February 1930 and indicted under New Jersey's sedition law — facing up to fifteen years — for demonstrating against unemployment. He was the Communist organizer for Newark, found guilty and given two years' probation plus ten days for contempt.
