Biography
Carrie Feldman is accused of nothing more than refusing to give testimony to a grand jury seeking to indict members of the Animal Liberation Front in connection to a raid. At the time of the raid, Carrie was a minor. The judge who found cause to jail Carrie for civil contempt of court because of her refusal to cooperate. Carrie was jailed in Southern Iowa for four months. On March 19, 2010, she was suddenly released with no real explanation.
She is a dedicated activist, and has worked with a variety of projects in the Twin Cities, including Coldsnap Legal Collective, EWOK!, and the Jack Pine Community Center.
