Biography

Walter C. Lohman Jr. was an officer of UE Local 768 in Dayton, Ohio, convicted in 1949 of filing a false non-Communist affidavit under the Taft-Hartley Act. In December 1959 the Supreme Court refused to review his case, leaving his five-year sentence to stand.
