Biography

Soliman Biheiri ran an investment company that adhered to Islamic principles. He lied on his U.S. citizenship application and lied to the FBI about his connections to Hamas and Sami Al-Arian, a Florida university professor who pleaded guilty to charges that he aided the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
