Biography
Sam Weinstein was a decorated World War veteran and leader of the 1932 Muskin Manufacturing Company furniture strike in New York, a member of the Furniture Workers' Industrial Union, framed for an assault on strikebreakers in the Bronx and convicted of second-degree manslaughter on 20 February 1933, facing a further charge carrying twenty years to life.
