Rowan M. Olsen, 19, interfered with FPS and U.S. Marshals at protests around the Hatfield Federal Courthouse in Portland, OR. Olsen entered the building and used his body to push on and hold a door closed, preventing officers from exiting; the glass door broke, injuring a deputy U.S. Marshal.
