New Mexico-based Chicano/Mexicano activist jailed for civil contempt after refusing to testify before a federal grand jury investigating the FALN and Puerto Rican independence movement. He was held alongside Ricardo Romero as part of the 1984-85 grand jury resistance wave. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
