New York-based MLN activist and brother of Julio and Andrés Rosado, jailed for civil contempt for refusing to testify before a federal grand jury investigating the FALN. The Rosado brothers' joint resistance became emblematic of the Puerto Rican independence movement's non-collaboration stance. Documented in PFOC Breakthrough magazine.
