The youngest Beaver 55 defendant, age 18 at the time of the Indianapolis draft-board raid. Convicted on all four counts and sentenced to four years plus a $5,000 fine (later reduced by a year); his case was reversed and remanded for resentencing over a Youth Corrections Act violation.
