Biography
Lead-named defendant in United States v. Donner, the federal case against the Beaver 55 for destroying 1-A and delinquent draft files in 44 local boards at the Indianapolis Selective Service headquarters on Oct 31, 1969. Convicted on all four counts (one count later reversed on appeal); originally sentenced to four years, reduced to three. By 1974 he had joined the Divine Light Mission and become its National Executive Director.
